Author's POV
Sleeping peacefully with a small smile on her face as she snuggled more into the pillow but the sudden rays of the glowing sun made her smile drop and eyes squint.

She groaned when her mother started shouting saying it's already late and the sun is up.

Waking her up was one of the most difficult things for her mother.
"Bas do minute maa"
(Just 2 more minutes mom), she said and pulled her duvet up to her head and covered her entire self in the sheets.

Not a minute long when the duvet was off her, she was pulled and made to sit up on her bed.

Get ready and come downstairs for the breakfast and don't sleep again was the thing she heard before completely opening her eyes.

Done with her shower, she came out all dressed in beige pants,white formal shirt and a similar beige colored blazer.
Reaching downstairs she greeted everyone.

"Good morning everyone"
"Morning to you too beta come sit and have breakfast" said her father once she reached them.

"Umm don't wait for me today, for dinner I'll be a little late, it's shanaya's birthday today" aakri just finished her sentence just then her chachi ji Nelima taunted her by saying "yeah yeah are you sure it's her birthday today and not going somewhere else to meet some guy".

"Enough chachi ji, my sister is not like how you think, why are you so obsessed with mocking her every now and then?" said Nihaal (aakriti's 2nd brother).

Shikhar wanted to talk back to Nelima but Sonali held him back.

"Is this how you talk to your elders, where did all your manners go?" Nelima again said making aakriti sigh.

Aakriti got up without having breakfast and left towards her office, not before informing her mother.

This lady never let's me be in peace, mumbling to herself she drove off to her office "The Rawat Space".

Having always wanted everything clean, classy and subtle around, made her become into an interior designer.

"Nisha, what's the schedule for today?"
"Mam you have a meeting with Ahuja's regarding their new restaurant interiors at 11 a.m today."
Nisha, her secretary of 1 year now answered.

"Is that it?"
"Yes mam, just the meeting today, other than that you have some files to check today".

"Alright then, I'll leave after the meeting". Saying this Aakriti sat in her cabin and Nisha left to do her work.
